Shawn Whitfield5 StarHave a great pleasure of working with Chris who was able to expeditiously resolve electronic issues I had with various components in my vehicle after an auto theft. Chris really went the extra mile to help get my work vehicle back on the road. His service was quick, extremely well priced, and everything is working 100% like new. His work was clean, and I got my vehicle back greater condition than prior to the theft. I can't recommend this company enough...Friday 21st June 2024
Clare Velez1 StarI inquired about lane change cameras and was told that Chris could get them done. He ordered the parts in and we scheduled a Friday and Saturday in November to have it completed. He was aware I was coming from out of town and that I live in my vehicle and said two days would be enough. In fact he said one should be fine but the second was for good measure. After leaving my car there, taking an Uber to a hotel (while I was quite sick) he informed me he needed something different to complete the job. No problem, stuff happens! So we rescheduled for a weekend in December. I came in from out of town and planned to have the job completed by Saturday as there was enough notice and he had time to figure everything out. Both in November and December he didn’t even start working on my van until after 2pm on Friday, despite the store/working hours being listed as 10am. In December he also told me (on the Saturday, not in advance) he had to leave early on Saturday because he had to get his hair cut and go to a family event. But he didn’t even tell me this until 2pm Saturday at which time rental car places were closed. So I wasted two days worth of Ubers and hotels. Finally got the van back Sunday at which time I noted the cameras were not aligned well. He told me to drive it and get back to him and if needed he could fix it. I got back to him on two occasions now but he hasn’t responded back to me. At this point one of the cameras doesn’t even work. So $3000 of work and $1000 in hotels and Ubers, not to mention my time and the travel to get there, and I will have to go somewhere else now. I thought I was more than patient and lenient through the process and accepting of hiccups, but I don’t feel like my time was respected at all, and now I’m being ghosted by a “professional”. Doesn’t sit well with me at all.
Update: Chris’ shop hand (CJ) did reach out to me to let me know they were committed to rectifying the situation and that they had ordered in the appropriate mirror caps and would be trialing them on a rental van so they wouldn’t need to use any more of my time than what was necessary for the work. He said he would be in contact and keep me updated but that he was confident they would get the system fixed and up to my standards. His communication was very detailed and professional. I thanked him for his update and said I looked forward to the solution. I waited for almost six weeks and heard nothing so I emailed CJ back to see where they were at with the trial. A day shy of two weeks I got a very abrupt, aggressive email from Chris stating CJ no longer worked for his company, accusing me of lying and stating he would absolutely not be rectifying his poor install despite having many potential solutions and having already purchased the material required to do it because he was not happy about what I have said about him and his company (referring to this review) He ended the email by saying, “Please, take me to court. Would love it.” It’s unfortunate for Chris that CJ no longer works for his company as he was very professional and understood customer service in a way that Chris appears to struggle with.Thursday 14th March 2024

Jason Stonehouse1 StarDO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I took my truck here Dec.04/2023 8 hours later he couldn't program my keys for alarm and gps so he jimmy rigged my key inside my steering column and said to come back so he would remove key and so I could take the truck to a locksmith to reprogram my computer, so I went back Dec.12/2023 and he removed the key then I went to locksmith and got what he needed done, then he said to come back at 10:30am Dec.13/2023 so I showed up at 10:15a.m. and he still wasn't there at 11:15a.m., I value my time and my business unlike this individual so I decided to leave as I am located in southern Alberta (which he knew) but was working in the area and he has absolutely no regard for peoples time, this mess he installed is no good to me at $1300.00 for what he charged and I will have to take elsewhere to either get it installed correctly or just get it programmed by a professional.
Don't waste your time or money on this place.
