realistic reviewer4 StarQuick, efficient service with great return policy. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful and management improved immensely over last few years. Only issue I find is selection, as the good stuff needs to be ordered online which defies the whole point of in store purchases.Thursday 1st February 2024

There was a female (supervisor?) who tried to get the person that was assisting me to help another customer load his TV. What I'm getting at here is if Best Buy is bringing in women to fill in for sales, the women should be able to assist, for example, in lifting any products (within reason) bought by customers if they're part of the sales team. I am 65 years old, and I do not have to ask anyone to assist me with any lifting or moving any of my furniture.Saturday 27th April 2024

Jagar Ball1 StarMy wife came into the store to pick me up a PS5 as she wanted to surprise me with one, she was treated in a discriminatory and everyone refused to help her even though she was standing at the front desk waiting for service and when she did get help and asked an employee for 2 different 1TB SSD drives the worker got snotty and rudely asked her why not just get a larger memory card instead of two? Reason was so I could read the specs on the box and send back the one I didn't want, the staff member scoffed and shrugged at her and my wife is native so to be looked at like you're a possible thief on your OWN treaty 6 territory is horrible don't shop here if you're indigenous they will offend you. Ps got my ps5 but at the cost of my wifes dignity she wished she went somewhere else instead.Sunday 14th January 2024
