Got my phone fixed there,, they transfered the data over using near field com, than when the phone came in, wanted to charge me 50 bucks to switch everything or use my back-up. After 4 hrs on the phone with tech support, it's going to take me 2 weeks to get back into my account all because of this greedy business. Go to any other telus stores they have to be better than this. Just got a new job, lost all the contacts. And they knew this would happen, thats why they charge 50 dollars to do it the easy way. -7 stars. You're better off down the road. Update- it's been a week and I still don't have access to my account. No contacts. And they don't care, they're too greedy to care.

Purchased a new phone with a new screen protector. The screen protector was obviously defective, as after it was installed (by the owner) the corners started to lift after a few hours. The next morning there was a large bubble in between the screen, and the protector. The protector came off and is obviously defective. I came back to the store, after my shift the following day to exchange it. The owner said that the screen protector only has warranty through the manufacturer, which shouldn't be the case. The owner of the store should go through the manufacturer himself for warranty and either refund me my $45 or exchange with a new unit. Instead he quickly wiped the defective protector "clean" and reinstalled it to my phone. I touched the protector with my finger and it came right off, so I left it on his desk and left, useless to me anyways and he wont give me my money back. Not happy at all, even gave the man a $20 tip! (He is short staffed, only him working the evening with a lineup of customers) Should have gave me my money, or a new product, and warranty the defective one himself through the manufacturer, not the customer. Now he can sell mine again and make double!

Got a 3rd phone. The first month they charged me the monthly price twice and told me "thats just how it is" and to call a number if I have a problem. They didnt want to help me figure anything out. I also find it quite dishonest for them to not tell me that they were going to do that. This is not the first problem ive had with them being dishonest

Dan fixed the problem with my sister’s phone as quickly as he possibly could, whilst looking after 2 other clients. (Short staffed). He and his wife were so pleasant to do business with. Dan was very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go there for future phone needs.

Went in to look at getting a new phone and phone plans. Was told that it was the only deal they had and were actively trying to offer it to me. They didnt even have that type of phone in stock. And then proceeded to try to sell me something i wasn't even interested in/ relevant to what I came in for. Id go to the other Telus in the fort dont bother going here.
