Unfortunately this the worst Canadian Tire I have been in ever. I usually go to Sherwood Park location instead. This store rarely has what you want. Most of the time selection is bad and things on the shelves aren’t in the right spot. So be careful shopping sale items. Staff is really unhelpful and rude, the odd person is helpful. I find it very frustrating to ask for help and most staff have no clue and try to pass you off to someone else. The store is always a mess and never neat and tidy. I suggest the 10 minute drive to the Sherwood Park store instead! You’ll be pleasantly surprised

Horrible customer service. Especially the younger staff and managers. Not the first time we experienced the rude staff at this location. Had an issue with the price accuracy. I brought up the issue and they got even more annoyed that I mentioned the code of ethics. Manager walked over and rolled her eyes told the cashier to go ahead as she walks away and sighs. Still got charged the regular price for the items too! We love to support local stores but we will definitely WON'T be returning to this location and reading the reviews it's pathetic that no one has handled the situation as it's pretty normal behavior at this location. HORRIBLE!!

This is the worst Canadian Tire I've ever been to. First time was about a month ago I was looking for air filters for my vacuum. Customer service was very helpful and went and showed me where they were and even pulled the drawers out for me. They were under the shelf with the vacuums on ground level. She then said she'll call someone to come over to help me. I waited a few minutes and this woman comes along without a word but a terrible look start kicking the shelves in and I said I'm looking for filters and in a rude voice told me the lady from this department isn't inand so I would come back some other time. So I walked out and got filters elsewhere. May 12th 2024 looking at some garden fencing and not a sole around. Finally tracked a young guy down asked afew questions about the fence gave me a look like he was going to cry and call someone else . 5-10 minutes later the woman in white framed glasses shows up and shouts to me me you know I'm busy in the back. Asked a question about the fence she gave me attitude and I said thanks for the attitude and walked out. Never again. Extremely very poor customer service.

Nice store but dated. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am used to the Canadian Tire on Manning Drive which opened a couple of years ago and is larger and more modern. This store is well stocked but will not have as many choices as the larger store. I still like all Canadian Tire stores. In the future I would come again if I am in Fort Saskatchewan.

Horrible customer service, i called today about a helium tank I ourched two days ago. The tank did not blow up even close to the recommended amount of Ballons and the 8 balloons it did blow up all fell to the floor in less then 8 hours. The "customer service rep" I spoke with hung up on me because I was upset they wouldn't provide me with any actual solution for my issue, which is 100 percent there stores obligation. I have a birthday party in 3 hours and no options. I do not recommended buying there products, my guess its been sitting on teh shelf past recommended shelf life or not stored properly. She would not provide me with her name to take my complaint further because clearly her skills were not up to par. It's Sunday January 21st at 10:00am so whoever was working customer service needs to be re trained.
