Everything except the kitchen sink here. The store with more. The store is well lit and clean. Contact with the staff was pleasant, they were courteous and helpful. London Drugs has a large electronics section with good prices. Like I said there’s a little bit of everything here. There is a good selection of small home appliances. Overall I enjoyed the shopping experience.

Great shopping experience here. All the staffs we had contact with went far and beyond especially the photo section. The guy that took our passports was so patience and ensured that great quality photo was taken. The store is well lit and the aisles well arranged with no hindrance on the way. Will surely shop here again.

I have been in the last couple days for a few little things. The store is always organized and staff is always friendly. I wanted to specifically should out one of the best cashiers I have met in all stores I visit. Her name is Eden(75711). She is always friendly, offering the sales of any daily items and takes the time to make sure that you receive the proper offered discounts or coupons that londondrugs is offering. I believe she is the gold standard to an amazing cashier and I hope she has a wonderful Christmas. Thankyou Eden for being one of the reasons I keep returning to this location!!

I cannot sing higher praises for the excellent service that I received from David G. In the Photo Department. His knowledge of their photo system, as well as of photo specifications and quality was excellent and he strived to manipulate my photo to get the best quality. He spent a good deal of time with me and I so appreciate that. David is a very nice and caring young man and is so deserving of praise!! Thank you David!!

I’ve used this London Drugs for several years mostly due to great service at the pharmacy. However, the abrupt and rude service I received today (Dec. 22nd at 1:20 pm) at the Photo Lab after I politely enquired about my order was very disappointing. To tell someone that, yes, your order is there but they can’t say when it’ll be “actually ready for pick up” and adding, “could be tonight, could be tomorrow, how should I know?” is very strange. I literally drive from Spruce Grove to this location because I used to like it. My tracking link said it was ready. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s Christmas. Try to have some common sense and treat people with respect especially when they treat you with respect first. You’re not doing me a favour. I’m doing you the courtesy of my frequent business.
