Used Terra Excel Drones for my Mavic Mini 2 when I hit a tree branch. I ended up breaking my 4k cam so needed a replacement asap. After reading these reviews I was a little bit skepticle, but turns out the guy is just a little bit busy. Service and the final product is 100% on point. Communication was there throughout the process, but lacking. As long as you check in for an update, he will give you an answer. Estimated time for repair was a little lengthy but Darryl made it up to me in both the final bill and new propellers and add ins at the delivery.

I brought my air 2s in to have an arm repaired and was told 10 days. After 4 weeks I finally got the drone back. No propellers for me to even test fly it. The guy said they don’t supply propellers. Why not be honest and upfront from the start. Tell me the correct time to get the drone fixed. When i drop off the drone take the propellers off and tell me you don’t replace them so I have time to buy them myself. Terrible customer service. Even when i called and asked when my done would be done numerous times he had no idea. I will never ever get anything fixed from these guys again.

The negative reviews you read here are 100% correct. Don't waste your time here. Run. Far. Darryl doesn't know how to use a phone or email to communicate when you ask for it, nor give you the right estimated times from the start. 2 weeks estimate recently turned into two years today. I've yet to see my DJI. Next steps are under way.

Daryl was super friendly and accommodating. I had to drive 3 hours to get to their shop, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to drive back down to pick up my drone. He shipped it out to me at no charge. Even though they were a little lax in communicating what the drone would cost to fix before doing the repair (i think it had to do with staff being kept at home due to family members isolating) it came in at a fair price and he was super friendly the whole time. Thanks guys.
