We walked in already knowing what we wanted, and we were ready to buy. I have to say I was very impressed with the sales staff Landen, he was knowledgeable across appliance and furniture, very impressive. We had some hard questions to make sure our choices matched our expectations and he was able to compare different models and manufacturers almost off the top of his head. Thank you for amazing customer service which I honestly haven’t seen for a long time.

We bought a table and chair set, after a few months we noticed a crack in the bottom. We called and talked to Dhruv he was great to work with, super helpful and understanding of the issue. He replaced it for us no problem. Excellent customer service I highly recommend him and the Fort Saskatchewan brick We will always shop there!

I have purchased 5 major appliances here now, all in the past 6 months and the management and staff have been excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly and true to a great deal each time. Delivery has been right on the money with great crews on the trucks. Very pleased. Thanks!👍👍

Got a couch in December of 2022, by December 2023 it was falling apart. Submitted a warranty claim, and the process was awful Poor customer service, no one had any idea what they were doing. Transferred a thousand times back and forth only and a total run around. Here we are, the end of March, our couch is still not fixed, we're constantly chasing them down for answers, still no resolution and our couch is only half functional. Do not recommend, and will never shop there again!
