Super grateful to the whole team at The Gramaphone! Edmontons best Audio store. Find your television's elsewhere these folks are specialized! Home of ATC! There technician is also a certified ATC tech. Need I say more... yes! They can also accommodate a wide range of budgets so don't be afraid to tune in. Also...lovely listening rooms. Much gratitude to the very warm VERY knowledgeable staff, Vincent and Dave and the rest whom I haven't met. And the owner, Bryan, who I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you!

I had a really great experience with The Gramophone in helping me pick out my new system. Bryan and Vince are both very knowledgeable and took the time with me to help me select the right components. They educated me along the way with no pressure, just a lot of patience to answer all of my questions while being very friendly. I ended with a system that sounds so perfect to me. I highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer for 15 years, I have purchased stands, ear buds, sub, turntable and an integrated amp. Recently I purchased speakers that were on sale and after having them for a week decided I wanted to upgrade in the same series. I called the store and was told sorry, final sale (Even though I was going to spend more money). I was informed the salesperson would call me and maybe we could figure something out, but did not receive a call. I visited the store again and said sales person basically ignored me for the first 15 minutes. He said he wasn't ignoring me, as he was dismantling a bluesound vault. I asked if the manager had told him about my call, and he said that he did not. I mentioned the possible exchange, and he responded " that's not good those were final sale". There was no eye contact as he seemed far more concerned with working on the Bluesound. It appears to me, unless you walk in wanting to spend thousands of dollars, they have little desire to go the extra mile. They don't seem to have the integrity to make things right or even try. I thought I had a repor after 15 years, guess not. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I have dealt with these very cool, kind and wise people for 5+ years now; specifically Vince & Reg (but have never had a bad experience with any of them!). They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t upsell and truly take their time, out of concern, when dealing with your turntable. This place is a gem of Edmonton Re: sound. Cheers!
