Great fast service. Had my relic of of laptop that was on its last leg, refurnished to good as new. Best part was Vince was able to recover all my photos and videos i feared were lost. From drop of to pick up there was amazing communication, updates and no hiddens fees at the end. I paid what i was quoted. Turn around time was super fast, within a few days. Highly recommended.

We bought a laptop for an EXCELLENT price a year ago from Vince; he set us up with all the operating systems we needed for our business start up venture and provided us with our warranty numbers. Awesome device, no issues, but was assured with ‘guaranteed customer service’ should there be any trouble. Our handshake sealed the warranty. It was ‘old school’ bliss. Just bought a desk top unit for the kids…again all warranties and programs I asked for were installed. Vince even threw in a keyboard so it was ‘ready to go’ for the kids. The price was unbeatable (and my husband looked AROUND!). Head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend.

The issue I had with my computer was not an easy task to perform, but he made himself quickly available to look into it, kept me updated at every stage of the process, he was highly professional, honest and managed to get the issue resolved in a very short timeframe! Simply put: Vince is one great guy with a wealth of knowledge in the Computer tech field! He repaired two laptops for us and took the time to explain in detail what he repaired/replaced and how to manage a lap top on a day to day basis.
